September is officially in full swing over here.

I couldn’t be more excited about it either. Over the weekend we added a few things to the studio, of which are there to aid us in seeing the completion of our goals.
Here, you have Kyle with his super tiny handwriting, outlining things that we are looking for over this quarter. Things that we are looking to learn, things we both have to focus on - etc.
Just looking at this board, it just adds an extra layer of confidence, because its something that you can physically see.

So what is also a huge component to this process, is the production selection. Over the past week I have been researching and engaging individuals who I believe will best work within this realm of sound that I am working to achieve. So this past weekend, Kyle and I had two separate pow-wows with my pianist, as well as a local producer to go over every single thing, from process to the sound we are looking to achieve - just the gamut!

After a super productive weekend, its day one on our plan and it’s honestly about hitting the pavement at this point.
