I still have a great deadline ahead of me to make and doing so, I needed something that would realign my focus.

I wanted to get my ish together. I have mentally been in a space where I just couldn’t grasp what stories I wanted to tell, where my focus needed to be because of several competing priorities and it’s been hella hard clamping down.

So, I put together a bootcamp a few weeks back. With various rules and thought to take the pressure off of what I was doing, because I’m an overthinker, major analyzer and quick to talk myself out of something. Here was the general layout:

Little did I know, was that the team would be all over this as well! It motivated them on both an individual and team level and to think this was something that I was really just using for self. 🤗
